From the home screen of your android tv box click on the setting tab   

                                  

• Click Apps

• Ezebreze TV app

• Click apps

• Clear cache

• Clear data 

• Back to the home screen 

• Click Ezebreze TV app/Enter your username and password

The Problem Still Persists:

• On home screen click setting tab

• Go to apps

• Ezebreze TV app

• Click on the Ezebreze TV app and then click uninstall

• Reinstall app using the downloader app 

• Home screen on your android tv box, then click on apps

• Find the downloader app and click on it to open the app

• Enter this url: https://tinyurl.com/ut2kv7v or the url that was given for your service

• Once installed enter username & password provided by C.C.TV
